Along with teaching process-driven techniques that were systematically and watchfully developed by Avadhut Sathe himself, ASTA’s programs cover mind management, money and risk management, imbibing entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity-based thinking, and several other aspects originated through out-of-the-box reasoning.

ASTA has already marked its pan-India presence through centres in Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Indore, Nagpur, Nashik, and its headquarters in Mumbai. This support system is first of its kind, with over 600+ leaders in India and overseas, and 200+ ASTA Satsang Centres (ASC’s), which is a testimony to Avadhut Sathe’s idea behind the power of collective destiny. Every student’s progress is tracked and supported through three levels of monitors at every stage.

By creating a flat organization in which everyone is approachable by design, Avadhut Sathe has ensured that ASTA has created a professional set-up with a robust and dependable Learning Management System (LMS) known as Gurukul Learning System (GLS), a Trade Log Management System, along with tools for performance ratings and evaluations.

Broadly, ASTA provides two wings: the ‘Knowledge and Wisdom wing’ through various programs and handholding; and the ‘Energy Wing’ through the culture of AFOOFA (all-for-one-one-for-all) developed very carefully and lovingly, by Avadhut Sathe. With skill sets achieved through technical learning, one needs an immense amount of energy to survive. ASTA’s programs are designed to imbibe the right mix of wisdom-based skill, focus, patience and discipline and teach how to stay away from panic, greed and revenge mentality. The Energy wing encompasses many aspects, including the ‘God Market Foundation’ which not only vows to help traders and investors community in difficult times but also ensures a continuous supply of energy through multiple periodic programs designed to keep them motivated and connected.
