Participant Undertaking

By proceeding with enrollment, I hereby provide my explicit consent to Avadhut Sathe Trading Academy (ASTA) and its authorized service providers to contact me through the following channels:

• Email – for course updates, learning material, notices, and official communication.
• WhatsApp / Messaging Apps – for class groups, academic coordination, administrative updates, and reminders.
• SMS & Calls (including AI/automated calls) – for enrollment confirmation, fee reminders, academic updates, and other non-promotional purposes.

I understand and agree that:

1. These communications will be strictly limited to educational and administrative matters, and will not be promotional.
2. My consent covers the use of automated systems, AI-based calling agents, and third-party communication platforms authorized by ASTA.
3. I may withdraw this consent at any time by notifying ASTA in writing, but such withdrawal may limit ASTA’s ability to provide timely updates or support.
4. ASTA will handle my personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
